Al Qusais
The neighbourhood is split into two main sub-communities – Al Qusais Residential Area and Al Qusais Industrial Area. These sub-communities are further segmented into various zones. Al Qusais Industrial Area is located along the Dubai-Sharjah border.
Al Qusais is one of the oldest districts in Dubai. Towards the north, the area shares borders with Al Nahda, Muhaisnah 3 and Al Qusais Industrial Area. On the east, there is Hor Al Anz. Al Twar community lies to the south of the area. It offers close proximity to Dubai International Airport, Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA) and Port Saeed.
