The area is divided into four sub-communities, Muhaisnah 1, 2, 3 and 4. Muhaisnah 1 is mostly residential, featuring schools and villas. Muhaisnah 2 consists of labour camps and is separated from other communities. Muhaisnah 3 is a more villa-oriented community, while properties in Muhaisnah 4 consists of apartment buildings as well as commercial areas.

Residents use the Hayi app to connect with neighbours living in Muhaisnah and nearby neighbourhoods.
